ICCT Senior Project Lead, Tanya Mehra spoke with the Dutch newspaper - NRC, on the need for the Netherlands to bring back its citizens who went to Syria to join IS. She argued that action now would prevent further radicalisation of these citizens in prisoner camps and situations where former IS members could return in the future undetected.
