Maria Shamrai

Maria joined the ICCT in July of 2023. She completed a BSc in International Relations and Organisations in May 2023 with minors in Islam Religion and Society, and Disinformation and Strategic Communincations at Leiden University. Throughout her studies, Maria has been interested in exploring the intersection between technology and radicalism. Her main area of interest is Russian disinformation within Russia and abroad as well as resistance movements across the world.
