Marteen van Leyenhorst

Maarten van Leyenhorst works as a trainer for the Netherlands Institute of Forensic Psychiatry and Psychology (NIFP) and is currently working as Senior Progam Official for the Approach on Radicalization and Extremism within the Dutch Custodial Institutions Agency. In this function, he coordinates all national resocialization trajectories of prisoners related to terrorism. Maarten holds mastersin both Forensic and International Criminology and has several years of experience in working with violent extremist offenders for the specialized TER-Unit of Dutch Probation (Terrorism, Extremism and Radicalization).
