ICCT Director Renske van der Veer appeared in the Dutch news show RTL Boulevard to discuss the shooting in Utrecht. The police and the AIVD will be carrying out an investigation on the possible motive of the attack, and there is possibility that the investigation will proceed where terrorism is concerned.
