On Wednesday, 31st January 2024, the Belgian news magazine La Libre published an article about the newly released ICCT Press book "Female Jihadis Facing Justice: Comparing Approaches in Europe".
"Researchers from the International Center for Counter-Terrorism (ICCT) have scrutinised hundreds of arrests and verdicts against female jihadists. In Belgium, all terrorism cases handled by the federal prosecutor's office and in which women appeared were analysed", the magazine wrote.
