On Monday, March 3rd, Homeland Security Today (HSToday), an American non-profit association media outlet, highlighted Terrorist Exploitation of AI: A Concept Note. This concept note aims to provide a general background for participants of the Blue Sky workshop organised by ICCT, in collaboration with Leiden University, in 2024.
