On Thursday, November 27, Politico, a European news outlet, published an article examining how European governments and NATO allies are reassessing their responses to Russia’s use of hybrid tactics, including cyber operations and sabotage.
As part of the article, the paper cited a collaborative Report published by ICCT and Globsec, which calculated there were more than 110 acts of sabotage and attempted attacks carried out in Europe between January and July, mainly in Poland and France, by people with links to Moscow.
