On March 29, ICCT hosted a seminar with Visiting Research Fellow Dr. Arun Kundnani on 'The Changing Nature of Far-Right Ideologies'. Over the last three years, a new far-right extremist group has emerged in Britain - the English Defence League (EDL). Mirroring trends in other European countries and in the US, it uses the language of muscular liberalism, anti-Islamism, and post-racialism to take the far-Right in a new "counter-jihadist" direction.
