Christiane Höhn

Dr. Christiane Höhn is the principal adviser to the EU Counter-Terrorism Coordinator, for whom she has worked since 2010. Her previous assignments at the EU were transatlantic relations and non-proliferation and disarmament. Prior to joining Council of the EU in 2004, she was a researcher at the Max Planck Institute for International Law in Heidelberg and an affiliate at the Center for Public Leadership, Harvard Kennedy School of Government. Christiane holds a PhD in international law from Heidelberg University, an LLM from Harvard Law School and the two German State examinations in law. She has published a book and numerous book chapters and articles on counter-terrorism, international law and international affairs.
