Michael Zeller is an assistant professor in comparative politics at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) München. His research focuses especially on topics of political violence, far-right socio-politics, and social movements. He has led funded projects on European right-wing extremism, most recently as co-Principal Investigator on the European Violent Right-Wing Extremism Monitoring (EVREM) project (grant HOME/2023/OP/0004). He is a member of the Radicalisation Awareness Network Policy Support (RAN PS) and the European Research Community on Radicalisation (ERCOR).
