ICCT and the Global Center on Cooperative Security are pleased to announce that application is now open for civil society organisations in select countries in South East Asia and the Horn of Africa to apply for small grants to conduct pilot projects. The pilot projects are focused on enhancing the capacity of civil society organisations to support the rehabilitation and reintegration of violent extremist offenders (VEOs) and foreign terrorist fighters (FTF) in the South East Asia region. As such, the projects are part of the broader programme coordinated by ICCT and the Global Center on engaging civil society in the rehabilitation and reintegration of VEOs and FTF in the Sahel, East Africa and South East Asia.
