19.9.2016: In the StarTribuneICCT Associate Fellow J. M. Berger comments on the effects of educational and mental health programmes on communities at risk of home-grown terrorism. Berger argues that while these programmes are beneficial to the communities involved, they do not necessarily lead to a reduction in violent extremism.
