Vacancy: Team Leader, EU Counter-Terrorism, Monitoring, Reporting and Support Mechanism (CT MORSE) Consortium

The Institute for Security Studies (ISS) is seeking a full-time Team Leader for the CT MORSE programme. CT MORSE provides policy guidance, monitoring and support to the European Union’s External Action in Counter-Terrorism. The ISS is the project’s implementing partner and leads the CT MORSE consortium comprising the International Centre for Counter-Terrorism, the Global Center on Cooperative Security, and the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime.

The team leader will be responsible for coordinating CT MORSE’s programme of work which includes: coordinating the work of all consortium experts; liaising with EU and beneficiary governments; providing updated information on the implementation of CT MORSE projects as well as advice and analysis on current and planned initiatives to counter terrorism and violent extremism. The team leader will participate in field missions and relevant conferences and meetings. The successful candidate will be based in Brussels near the European Commission.
